Presently, WhyNotCollectibles.com accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Because Why Not Collectibles operates in Illinois, we are required to collect 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to an Illinois address. Those who live outside Illinois will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on WhyNotCollectibles.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state. At this time, Why Not Collectibles cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states.

Standard shipping charges are based on the total weight of an order. Items are shipped Registered Mail.
How to Receive Your Shipment
You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. Please DO NOT arrange to have shipments dropped off when no one is home. When the carrier contacts you, please make note of the company’s name and phone number. This will be very helpful if you need to contact them for any reason. It is essential that you contact the carrier should you need to reschedule your delivery appointment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a credit. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item.
